Dr. Umer Mukhtar earned his Ph.D. in Management, from Hassan Sohaib School of Management, University of Management and Technology, Pakistan. Earlier he got his M.S. in Quality Management and BBA (IT) Hons in Marketing. He has over a decade’s experience of training, corporate consulting, research, and entrepreneurship. Dr. Umer has published in several national and international peer-review journals, conducted workshops, and presented papers in international conferences in Australia, Russia, Thailand, and Vietnam.

His extensive background includes roles as an assistant professor, director of postgraduate programs, and now as a Director, Center for Entrepreneurial Development, demonstrating a strong ability to bridge theoretical knowledge with practical application. His experience includes training, research and consulting projects with companies such as Minhas PPRC pipes, Crescent Textiles, Innovative Biscuits, Naubahar bottling company (Pespsi), Master tiles, Careem services, Sonex cookware, Telenor Pakistan, Venus Plastic Furniture, and Paklite.

Mr. Waleed Naeem serves as Deputy Director, Centre for Employability (CEB) at GIFT University. He is dedicated to strengthening industry-academia collaboration and enhancing students’ career readiness through strategic partnerships and employability initiatives.

In his role, he leads corporate engagement, internship and placement programs, employer networking, and career development activities. He works closely with industry partners to create meaningful opportunities for students while fostering strong relationships that support graduate employability and institutional growth.

Mr. Muhammad Abdullah Khan, MBA (Gold Medalist), is a dedicated higher education professional with expertise in corporate relations, employability, and industry-academia collaboration. He earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Gold Medal from GIFT University.

Currently serving as Senior Executive at GIFT University, sustains initiatives under the Centre for Employability (CEB) and the Centre for Social Integration Program (SIP), focusing on corporate partnerships, internships, recruitment drives, and student career development. Passionate about innovation, entrepreneurship, and lifelong learning, he is committed to creating meaningful opportunities that enhance student employability and strengthen collaboration between academia and industry.
